Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the part is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Used parts that have been installed or further damaged after purchase cannot be returned.

Exchanges If you received an incorrect or faulty part, contact us immediately and we will arrange an exchange or credit at no additional cost.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical components once installed
• Special order parts
• Items damaged due to incorrect installation

How to Return Contact us via our Contact Us page or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorisation.

Governing Law Returns are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa).
