3. Pricing All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

5. Shipping We ship within South Africa. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout. Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and POPIA.
